I try not to be judgemental, but I think I can safely say that anyone who makes a soundtrack honouring their "Goth Muses" fails at the internet. Possibly a great many other things also.

I confess, I made the grave mistake of clicking on the cut.

So did I. I can't judge the tracklist, though. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't any Evenescence, and there wasn't, which I found very comforting.

The tracklist seemed fairly banal. Less so the accompanying text.

I wonder how many people have Vincent Valentine as their muse? Someone should do a census.

As someone who took a community college class studier of Greek Mythology, I get highly annoyed when people make claims of their "muses". There were nine muses. NINE. And I can double check if you like, but NONE of them were Muses of "Heero/Duo Buttsecks", "Bishies", "Smut" or "cat bois".

Now if you want to make an FST to Melpomene, go crazy.

I was just trying to think of a way to explain how I feel when people talk about their muses, and EUREKA! It's like when people tell you about how God talks to them in their day-to-day life. That *exact* kind of uncomfortable.

Do people, uh, actually hear cartoon characters in their head while writing fiction, or is it just a name they put to "inspiration". I always assumed it was, but apparently people hear Sephiroth telling them about writing gay porn I mean what the hell man.

I had a friend (I swear she had some good qualities to make up for what I'm about to tell you!) who told me her (fandom) muses talked to her and that sometimes when on long car trips etc when not driving she might stare out the window a while and see them accompanying her floating or something. Also she identifies with them WAY too much (her fanfic is a biiiit "mary sue crawled into so and so's skin and he cries a lot more now than he used to") and cosplays as them in public (the modern semi-normal-clothing-wearing characters; she's not crazy enough to go round to the grocery store in a cape or something) and she and her girlfriend um call one another by the names of their favorite yaoi couples all the time and uhhhhhh well from what she's said I gather that this sometimes extends into nice time in bedroom.

Really, she's a nice person, but this is EXACTLY the "yes, so um, it's good that God talks to you!" thing the previous comment just said. >_>

to the OP: I was not crazed enough to even click. Is it as bad as that Yu-Gi-Oh FST where I was expected to believe that Godsmack is appropriate for ANYONE in Yu-Gi-Oh? XD

This person wouldn't happen to be from Michigan, would they?

Cause as creepy as it would be for me to know them too, I think it would be worse if there were two people in the world that matched that description.
